This will be our second visit to Lightship, and we are so ready! It’s an outdoor venue, and it rained cats and dogs on our first visit. But that didn’t stop the party! People had garbage bags on and were dancing in the rain, and it was coming down so hard that you could barely see the back of the crowd from the stage. We can’t wait to find out what Lightship is like when the weather is good!

Halifax’s favourite ABBA proponents – Dancing Queen – bring their infectious stage show back to The Carleton on Saturday, July 20th. We are excited to get you dancing and singing along with the ABBA hits you know and love: a selection of rarities and deep cuts, rounded out with some of the greatest disco songs ever written. You can dance, you can jive, come have the time of your life. Music gets underway at 8:30 PM.
